RESERVATION POLICY

·One night deposit within 7 days of reservation request by VISA, MC, AE, and Discover, check or money order.

·A non-refundable pre-payment is required for all one-night stays on 2 capacity cabins.

CANCELLATION POLICY

·Modification to reservations must be made three days prior to arrival.

·Deposits on Cabins #2, #4, #14, #20 and multi cottage reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

·A $10.00 processing fee will be charged for all other cabins two weeks out or longer.

·Cancellations made less than two weeks out is Non-refundable unless cancellation is filled.

·NO REFUNDS for early departure, a rain check will be issued.

CHECK IN 3:00 p.m. / CHECK OUT 10:00 a.m.

EARLY check in or LATE check out must be approved.
